Obtaining a new water fountain for Dry Creek Middle School
should be simple enough, but not when eccentric Florence
Waters, owner of Flowing Waters Fountains is involved. And
as Florence and the school’s fifth graders investigate the
history of their town, which was formerly called Spring Creek,
they uncap the mystery of where all the water has gone.
